DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Research as part of the Center on Hybrid Nanodevices and Systems (CoHNS)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in advanced methods of numerical simulation and in theory and modeling of nanosensors and terahertz generators and detectors.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field and should have a strong record of publications and at least two years of post-doctoral research experience.

Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2006 or until the position is filled. The appointment may begin as soon as the position is filled, but no later than August 2007.
