The Heidelberg PAT Conference 2007
Practical experience with Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) as the preferred measurement tool in early stages of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) has raised some interesting and pertinent questions. As a direct result there is an increasing interest and growing demand for PAT tools and applications. Multivariate spectroscopic techniques such as NIR, IR, Raman and Terahertz are versatile options to address open issues.
The University of Heidelberg invites to The PAT Conference 2007 in Heidelberg, Germany, from 24-26 October 2007 to review the current status of PAT and to focus on the “Desired State†with a holistic view on PAT applications based on measurements in different spectral regions. The programme comprises current European and US regulatory, industrial and academic perspectives. Various analytical approaches will be discussed, enabling the pharmaceutical industry to step forward with PAT implementation.
