Postdoctoral Associate – MIT
POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Plasma Science and Fusion Center-Waves and Beams Division, to conduct experimental and theoretical research as a participant in a pioneering research program on coherent radiation generation and accelerator physics. Research includes high power and high frequency gyrotrons for plasma heating, Terahertz gyrotrons for spectroscopy, novel vacuum electron devices, high gradient accelerator research, and high power microwaves.

REQUIREMENTS: a recent doctorate in physics or engineering with some demonstration of experience in vacuum electronics or plasma physics research.
