After the establishment of successful IR/THz program and user community at the synchrotron ANKA, the Karlsruhe Research Center proposes to build a novel linac based coherent radiation source TBONE in the THz to mid-IR range. The 1st workshop on TBONE will be held at the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe on February 12-13, 2009.

German team wins award for inexpensive, flexible, frequency-selective THz reflectors
